I suspect that "LyX-Code" is not defined in the Elsevier-class layout
file. You could try to copy the "LyX-Code" definition from the Koma
layout to your file's local layout.

Have you considered using xtable or stargazer to export regression
tables to LaTeX, and copy/paste the output in an ERT inset in your LyX
document?
