I see, it appears the procedure is: 1. exit the current frame by de-dent enough times. 2. switch to 'standard' 3. now hit 'enter' this will produce the thin red line separator 4. Frame ... I believe this is somewhat more logical than the previous procedure, but still it would be nice if it was fewer steps.
