Lyx3.2 and QT5 configure error

I tried to compile lyx 2.3 on linux Debian buster amd64
I launched : ./configure --enable-qt5 --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt5/
I obtained the message :
checking for Qt library name... failed
configure: error: cannot compile a simple Qt executable. Check you have 
the right $QTDIR.

Any idea ?
