I can observe that the number of line for the page foot is limited and
then some text is put out of the page. Thus, it that possible to set
the size of the footage text ?

Try typing a double backslash (\\) where you want the line break.

Please bottom-post when mailing to the list.
To squeeze in a footer that huge, I think you would need to increase the
bottom margin. You can do that in Document > Settings > Page Margins,
but that applies to every page. I think Kornel's suggestion elsewhere in
the thread is better, since a footnote is restricted to one page and
does not affect subsequent pages.
