Hello Kornel,
When I run the command
"c:\Program Files (x86)\LyX 2.3\bin\LyX.exe" -help
from the Windows command prompt (cmd.exe), I see no effect: no GUI, no console
output. For other commands (--export and so on), I see nothing either.
