I'm using LyX since a few months and I appreciate it very much. It's
quite different when you are a WordPerfect user since version 4.2 for
DOS!
There is one thing I really missed in LyX, the reveal code window.
As I understand LyX, it is a front end to LaTeX, much of the codes are
hidden. But you can add TeX codes anywhere or anywhen. Would'nt it be
nice to see the hidden codes: you can learn them, you can modify them,
you get more control over your document.
Is this idea beyond the philosophy of LyX?
