Sorry for my negligence!
 
As a reminder: My problem was that I got the error message when compiling a single graphic:
 
"Capacity exceeded"
 
Well, what helped solve my problem:
 
I brought MikTex up to date. To do this, it felt like hundreds of packages had to be renewed.
And then I updated the LYX software. These measures - exactly what you proposed - were already sufficient.
