In the lyx-1.1.6 preferences, you are only allowed ONE bind file, so
you must begin your personal bindings file by an inclusion 
of the other bindings needed  - cua ou emacs ore others.

To be sure, lyx -dbg 2 confirms which binding files are loaded.
