They show 2.3.6 as the latest for Jammy, but 2.3.7 for Lunar. That makes me wonder if there is some installation problem with 2.3.7 on Jammy. We may have to wait for Mint 22 (sigh).

Someone has to open a bug on launchpad asking for a backport of 2.3.7 on Jammy. Since it is a stable version, it is doable. Having 2.4.0 would be much more difficult.
