I don't use the Tufte Book class, but for the fonts, you have ETbb, by
Michael Sharpe, an OpenType reinterpretation and expansion of the original
Edward Tufte’s ET-Bembo family

You can use that font with [Xe|Lua]LaTeX. A few years ago I wrote a short
