How do I increase the binding margin?

I want about .75in on the outside edge and about 2.0" on the inside edge. 
When I set the margins to get .75 on the outside, I get only about 1.25" on 
the inside edge.

I staple my books together, and that consumes about 1 extra inch on the 
inside.
