Hi,
I've faced the same issue a little while back and after fiddling a while
with it, I've came to the conclusion that the simplest way to do this is
to increment my page counter of the number of ps page I want to include (2
in your case) and print the pages seperatly. Not lyx-illy correct but I
didn't want the included PS pages to be reduced (as to fit within the
margin limits) and numbered like the rest of the document.
