I'm using LyX mainly as an easy way of formatting etexts for printing.
Since I'm using pstops to make 16-page signatures for bookbinding the final
pages will be A6. I didn't find an easy way to make the text overall larger
(to be able to use A4 as paper size) but setting font size to 12 points and
using A5 page size the pages became good when resized to A6 by pstops.

But when trying to use A5 the page layout gets messed up. When using A4 as
paper size I get empty pages where required to make the next page an odd
page (I AM using two page layout) thus chapters and parts start on odd
pages, but when I change to A5 those empty pages disappear and chapters
start sometimes on even pages and sometimes on odd pages. When trying to
use koma-script book the back page of the title page disappear even though
I have text for it... (I think even the Extratitle page disappear)

I don't know if it's a LyX problem or a LaTeX problem. I'm using LyX and
TeTeX installed from Debian packages.
