Hi, in your version the documentation have a very little bug. It don't explain the option "--fontsize". Some parts of the documentation are in german. I can try to translate it in english, but my english is very bad (if someone ...). French or italian versions are possible. Ask for it!
options -f or --fontsize=-3|-2|-1|+1|+2|+3 where -1 means "small", -2 means "smaller", +1 means "large" and so on. This, because usually I use Tables with statistics data, and the statistics data I write it smaller. In LyX-1.1.6 it is very "hard" formatting many cell of a table, one by one.
