Well, it did not work for me. It said rendering..., but it didn't do anything. So I now re-installed the version 6.50 I compiled myself after applying the bugfix described at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=224957&group_id=1897&atid=101897 I also tried to apply the same bugfix on the source of 6.51, but the package-building stopped due to some xmalloc that is missing on my system. One problem I keep having using the fixed 6.50, is that sometimes I have to click on a figure, change the drawing mode (black and white to color, or vice versa) several times before the image is actually rendered. Once this happens, it works ok. If anyone knows a fix for this I would like to hear it. (I use debian, lyx 1.1.6fix3-2, and, again, gs 6.50-5 with modifications.)
