nothing is wrong, simply install with --nodeps.
The packages are named differently in SuSE (xdvi is included in package
tetex, latex is in te_latex). so if you have above packages, lyx works.
If you want it cleanly done, edit the spec-file ("search for the Line
containing: "Requires: xforms >= 0.88,....") and rebuild the rpm.
