Hi all, My older book, "Rapid Learning: Secret Weapon of the Successful Technologist", is in MS Word format. It's a problem because it prints in hpgl instead of postscript, and I'm unable to print a page range if a print job screws up.
I spoze I could make one of those Samba postscript converters, but that's a hassle, and I'd feel more comfortable having my book in LyX format. Do any of you have experience converting a styles-based Word doc into LyX? Would you first use macros to put tags around various styles, and then export to text, and then use a script to convert to LyX code?
