The Qt frontend is about 90% done, but is still not ready for primetime.
I would suggest sitting tight for a couple more months.
Of course, if you have time to spare debugging problems, testing of the
CVS version configured with --with-frontend=qt2 is welcome, but don't
expect it to work particularly well yet :)
