I am organize my bind file for lyx-1.2 and I find that \bind "C-l" "math-subscript" \bind "C-h" "math-superscript"
do not work and \bind "C-Up" "math-superscript" \bind "C-Down" "math-subscript" work well. (I have removed C-l bind in sciword.bind and I am sure they are not binded somewhere else.)
