I just solve my problem.
gbib insert into the database field of the bibtex dialog "fdtd.bib" which is
the correct filename of my bib file. If I remove the ".bib" (so only "fdtd" is there)
it works.
Is this a bug in lyx (it doesn't use the filename "fdtd.bib" and wants to
add the prefix himself) or in gbib (it inserts the complete filename)?
