Jos, Using *.eps.gz pictures worked just fine in LyX-1.2.0. In fact, some *.eps.gz pictures work fine in LyX-1.2.1. Others do not. The example I sent does not work for me whether I am creating a dvi or ps file. Does anyone else have this problem?
