Hi folks,
I'm writing a thesis using book class with modification to chapter numbering to
Roman but the section and subsetion and other still using arabic numbering.
Table of Contents produce in this format:
Contents
LIST OF FIGURES ...
LIST OF TABLES ...
...
...
I INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
1.2 Problem Formulation
...
II REVIEW ...
2.1 ....
2.2 ..
How do I change the above format to as shown below:
CONTENTS
<space of 4 lines)
CHAPTER SUBJECT PAGE
LIST OF FIFURES .. ix
LIST OF TABLES ... x
...
...
CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION
1.1 Backgroud 1
1.2 Problem Formulation 2
.....
CHAPTER II REVIEW ...
2.1 .....
2.2 .....
CHAPER III ....
