It doesn't be there at all -- exactly same commands (except not
using 2mm, but \medskipamount, which is better IMHO) are included
into your document by Layout/Document switched to ``skip'' in the
Pargraph Division (or how it is called, unfortunately I have
a Czech translation of the dialog here).
