-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I have suddenly run into a problem with a lyx document that was rendering OK last evening. I try to preview a postscript view of my document and it craps out with errors. A message box appears indicating that there were 2 errors during the latex run. I search my document and in the middle of nowhere are two red error boxes with this message associated with both:
"\end(thebibliography} I've inserted something that you may have forgotten. (See the <inserted text> above. With luck, this will ge me unwedged. But if you really didn't forget anything, try typing '2' now and my insertion and my current dilemma will both disappear." I look and look and find no inserted anything but the error boxes. Lyx/latex inserted nothing. ...and what does this type '2' mean? Typing the number 2 does nothing but insert a '2' in the middle of the text, of course. I have often puzzled over such error messages that offer simple means to ignore or get past them by doing this or entering that but it never works. praedor - -- Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor...the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded with patriotism, will offer up all their rights unto the leader and gladly so. --unknown -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9rsFj1i/6R1B/Yh0RAgRbAKCgI5SuQslLkPTeOIYFmcrHI5+fKgCgjaxk HD4aiw4pJsePbVG3nVsLPQA= =yKca -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
