PROBLEMS WITH LYX

Hi,
I have installed LyX, CygWin,  MiKTeX and X-Win32. When I execute LyX appears:
 
"LyX wasn�t able to find its layout descriptions! Check that file textclass.lst
is installed correctly."

Any help??
