I just had this experience last night, as a matter of fact. I exported a document to PDF, sent it off to a Windows user, who complained that it wasn't recognized (I couldn't get a more technical description than that). I was able to view it with acroread under Linux. I re-exported the PDF using the pslatex fonts and the document was succesfully viewed on Windows. Diab
