I've not run LyX since I upgraded my network to RH 7.3 last autumn. I just
fired it up to write an article and the fonts look terrible: all jagged. So,
I thought that I'd upgrade from 1.2.1. to 1.2.2. However, ./configure fails
with this message:

** Cannot find forms.h. Please check that the forms library
is correctly installed on your system.
When I go look for forms.h I find it here:
[rshepard@salmo ~]$ locate forms.h
/usr/local/xforms/FORMS/forms.h
I don't know where configure is looking for the header and I don't see
where to put the proper path in the script. Can someone point me in the
proper direction, please? Also, wasn't there discussion of a gtk+
replacement for the xforms toolkit? What happened to that idea?
Thanks,
Rich
