Oh, when you send it just to me the size is not a problem... my inbox has

Anyway, in you case, I think I understand the problem. Latex won't break 
between the braces so the line is too long. Here are some solutions you 
could try:

 * Put the expression P(X_n+1 = i_n+1....) on it's own line, i.e. go into 
   it and type: A-m d

 * Force a new line just before this expression with C-enter

 * Break the expression after = i_n+1 and use a math-delimiter with
   an "empty" delimiter to the right, see the math panel. Then on the 
   force a new line with C-enter and start a new math expression where you
   have an empty delimter on the left side.

I think the first one will probably look best.
