I am biased to 1.1 because of bad experiences with 1.2.0. (If I had to choose a favourite version, it's probably 1.1.5fix<latest>) Reading about bugs in 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 has just convinced me to stick with 1.1.6fix4. The new features of 1.3 I've read about (qt, math preview) have made me keen to try it as soon as it's released. Still, a point-of-no-return upgrade (due to file format changes) will make me proceed with caution.
