This solution might be overkill, but you can use 'makebst' to get a
"custom" bibtex-style. It's not fully custom, but you do have loads of
options. I've only played with it once, but it was relatively easy to
use...
Try running:
texdoc makebst
on your system, this should bring up some documentation for you.
