True, the browser window will still open somewhere else.. the point is 
that you can simply ignore the browse-button and type the name of the 
.bib-file... you don't have to give the full path.

So if you have the file myDatabase.bib somewhere in the path specified in 
BIBINPUTS, you can just type 'myDatabase' and press the Add-button. You 
don't have to specify the full path, nor do you have to use the browse 
button to find it.
