This is a typo, but it shouldn't affect the configuration. The relevant line
is line 2.
WRT your problem:
(1.) did you run Edit->Reconfigure within LyX? This is necessary.
(2.) If you open the file Help->LaTeX Configuration, what does it say in
section 4.22 (Koma Script Letter)? Does it find scrlttr2?
(3.) what happens if you run the LyX configure script (configure.bat)
manually?
