(1.) did you run Edit->Reconfigure within LyX? This is necessary.
Juergen,
yes, I did several times.
(2.) If you open the file Help->LaTeX Configuration, what does it say in section 4.22 (Koma Script Letter)? Does it find scrlttr2?
4.22 Koma-Script letter Found: scrlettr: yes, scrlttr2: no
Hmmm...
(3.) what happens if you run the LyX configure script (configure.bat) manually?
I copied from cmd:
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
C:\lyx\share\lyx>configure.bat configure.bat \lyx\share\lyx\..\..\bin;C:\MikTex\texmf\miktex\bin;e:\programme\imagemagick-5.5 .7-q16;D:\WINDOWS\system32;D:\WINDOWS;D:\WINDOWS\system32\WBEM;e:\Programme\Pand a Software\Panda Antivirus 6.0;d:\Programme\VDMSound\ configure.bat: @echo: command not found configure.bat: rem: command not found configure.bat: rem: command not found configure.bat: rem: command not found %0 configure.bat: SET: command not found configure.bat: fg: no job control %PATH% configure.bat: fg: no job control
Configure.bat: @echo off rem Configure script for Win32 rem calls msys sh.exe rem written by Ruurd Reitsma echo %0 SET PATH=%~p0..\..\bin;%PATH% echo %PATH% %~p0..\..\bin\sh.exe --login %0
Thanks for your help
