See the three (stripped down) versions of your original example:
Matej_scrartcl.lyx is your original koma script article. All is fine.
Matej_article.lyx is the same, but the textclass is now 'article'.
This fails to compile.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED] \n...
l.72 \maketitle
Matej_article_def.lyx replaces the '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
command of your original suggestion with the '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
above. Behold! All is fine again.
