./configure --with-frontend=qt --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib64
fails to find the moc binary, which is in /usr/lib/qt3/bin. The search seems to go through the /usr/lib64 directory tree and I can't find a
configure was given /usr/lib64 so it searched there... you should probably change it to --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt3
