I am a newbie to the Winport of LyX of Reitsma (I am a little bit used to Hentschel's port). It looks very well.
But I have a problem. I changed in the Preference window the language settings to my own language: dutch. After 'apply', 'save' and restart I hoped that the program was now in dutch; but nothing did happen; I made some other changes that worked properly (for example changing backgroundcolor), but the language-change didn't work.
Does anybody know what is going on? Is there another place where the language can be set?
