1.3.2-Native-Win32port

I installed the native Win-32 port, and it went well.  Now, I need some 
tips on what I need to get LyX now to print (presently greyed out) or at 
the very least export a postscript file (not an option under postscript 
right now).  I was able to create a dvi manually under the command 
prompt after exporting a latex file, but how would I view this file (or 
 do you process it into a dvi).

Is there any documentation on the native win-32 port?
