There is really nothing to uninstall (i.e. no Registry entries or the like). You can just delete your directory and re-install, or move everything to a new location. You will then (probably) want to change your PATH variable to point to the new location. On XP, go to My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Environment Variables. Make sure that the path to the LyX environment does not have a space in it (for example, it cannot be under c:\Program Files). ..good luck...dave case
