elsart.layout

Hi
I'm planning to send some articles to elsevier journals (The Lancet) and 
   some other biomedical journals.
Is there a layout file for elsart.cls and has anyone in the lyx 
community used a layout and bibtex style file that conforms to the 
Uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals as 
prescribed by the ICJME(International Committee of Medical
Journal Editors)?
I use Lyx 1.3.3 on Win32 and the elsart layout is not on it but I 
remember reading something about it in the CVS1.3.x ...
Any help appreciated
