Just for the benefit of other Win users, adding the converter didn't work, either (although it at least moved to a new bug). With the convert, I got the following error message: C:/LyX/tmp/lyx_tmpdir3692a03312/lyxconvert0.sh: No such file or directory (followed by something about LyX waiting for a child process to close). The named directory is there, but empty (other than an empty folder named lyx_tmpbuf1). I gather that LyX, or some script, tried to write a shell script there, but apparently it never made it. Don't know if this is a problem with Ruurd's port of LyX itself or with an external script. So, for now, it's View | DVI or View | PDF to see what the pretty pictures look like. -- Paul
