Hi, I asked this a few days ago, but no response. Any pointers to how to customise a letter's printed layout would be welcome.

I want to create a letter template which I can use in Lyx. The first page will be on headed paper, thus requiring a significant top margin; subsequent pages will be on plain paper. I need the usual date, to-address, etc. What I want to do it customise a template (or layout? I'm not sure) to do this. I'm asking for a HOWTO, I suppose: I'm not looking here for step by step instructions, but a pointer to get me started. Thanks, K.
