[french follows] A pdf file is, roughly, a Postscript file that is compressed and that has his header changed. Postscript is a printer language describing what to print line by line, that explains why you can't easyly edit a pdf file. Even with Adobe's tools it is hard to edit a pdf. However, Kword 1.3 does a fairly decent import of any pdf file, keeping the most of the formatting and even leaving tables as tables. Once imported in Kword 1.3, adjust the formatting of the document and export it in LaTeX format from within Kword 1.3. After you simply have to import it in LyX. -- Un fichier pdf est, grossi�rement, un fichier Postscript compress� et dont on a chang� l'en-t�te. Le langage d'imprimante Postscript d�crit, ligne par ligne, l'impression. C'est ce qui explique pourquoi il est si difficile d'�diter un fichier pdf m�me avec les outils d'Adobe. Par contre, Kword 1.3 importe dr�lement bien les fichiers pdf, conservant l'essentiel du formatage, les images et important les tableaux dans des tableaux. Une fois import� dans Kword, ajustez le formatage et sauvegardez le document au format LaTeX � partir de la fonction d'exportation de Kword. Il suffit ensuite d'importer le document LaTeX dans LyX.
