Font: times new roman 12, in all parts of the document. Size can be higher for titles and subtitles.
Titles: must be bold and centered. Subtitles must be normal and aligned to the left.
Spaces: 1 space for lines describing the university name in the front cover, in the title and subtitle in the cover, in the text that appears in the descripcion of the abstract and references, also when documenting figures and big quotes
1.5 for normal text, dedication, thanks, acknowledges and short quotes.
2 between the title and the start of a paragraph, between quotes in the references section, between titles and subtitles, and in the index.
3 between the end of the paragraph and the next title, between the description in the abstract and the title "abstract", between that title and the main text of it, between that text and the keywords, between that keyword and the email of the author. Between the type of thesis and the authors and tutor name in the cover.
9 between the name of the university and the thesis title in the cover.
Margins: 3cm for left and 2 for else. 3cm for right and 2 for the others (2 sides) Margins on page with chapter titles have to be 4cm.
When using headings (like the chapter name in the top) then the text should be 3.5cm from the top border, and the heading must be 2cm from the top border.
Writing: justified right and left just like it works on default.
Page numbering: on the top right and top left , just like it works on default when using the book layout. I need to number from the second page of the text (beginning in chapter 1) and all previous pages (abstract, index, etc) to not be numbered, but to be counter, so for example the first numbered page would be like 7 or so.
Quoting: must quote between parenthesis instead of brackets
Can you recommend be a layout that has a good starting base for me to modify? All the sections i need are:
Front cover, inner cover, a page containing the title of the thesis and id of the author and tutor, evaluation page (the one with the grade), dedications, acknowlegments, thanks, index, abstract, reference index, ilustrations, bibliography
Also i would appreciate where to find the names of all the variables i need to modify.
Thanks in advance!
