Check the file /usr/share/texmf/ls-R. It should contain aguplus.cls and the others. If not, then texhash didn't do its job. (And you don't have to run it in the layouts dir. That is LyX, not TeX stuff.) Did you just type texhash as root from the command line, without any arguments? > Tim - Martin
