Dear Leo,
the p�li-accents are easily done this way (as Tex, i.e. ERT):
\={a} for the long-a as in anapana (and etc.)
\~{n} for the tilde-n as in panca
\d{t} for the under-dot-n as in pitaka
\.{m} for the above-dot-m as in pasamsa
