I think you may need to Edit:Reconfigure.
tried that, no joy.
in Help:LaTeX Configuration, there is instruction just before the first
section indicating you may need to do the reconfig, and how to do it.
yep.
But because I am not sure, you may also want to backup your ~/.lyx/
directory first.
tried renaming and re-creating ~/.lyx/, still no joy.
sigh.
