It's not just that: I tried to "copy/paste" one working copy of LyX
1.3.6.1 from WinXP to Win98, making some adjustments to the paths, and
it stopped working. There seems to be some bad call to kernel32.dll.
Perhaps there is a deeper bug.

What should I send to the developers?

Luis.
