Links to uploaded files on the wiki pages have been broken a little while
since the web server was upgraded. I have just hopefully manually fixed
all references to uploaded files on the wiki pages, so they should now
hopefully work. If you do find any links that doesn't work, let me know
and I'll have a look.
Please note that uploading new files to the wiki site requires you to use
the file manager:
http://wiki.lyx.org/ipfm/index.php
where the username is lyx and the password is LyXers.

PS. Some technical details for those who are interested:
When the web server was upgraded links on a wiki page like this one
Attach:/Windows/LyX136experimental/lyx_setup_137_version1.exe
no longer worked and generates an incorrect link. Instead of trying to fix
this, I just went ahead and replaced all occurences of such text with:
uploads:/Windows/LyX136experimental/lyx_setup_137_version1.exe
where 'uploads:' is a so called "prefix" that simply maps to
http://wiki.lyx.org/uploads
I'm guessing it was the change from PHP 3/4 to PHP 5 that made the wiki
break, but since I'm hope to do a major upgrade on the wiki engine soon, I
don't think it's worth the effort to try and fix this in the old engine.
