I have the latest lyx-version I can find: 1.3.6. Also the website (lyx.org) says that the actuell version is 1.3.6. But I tried your suggestion with the version 1.3.6 and it failed :-( I still get that garbage if I press any non english-sign button... - Do you really mention Lyx 1.4 or just a small mistake during writing? - Has anybody out there other suggestions?? (I am still with hope...) Ciao, Henning
