Yea,   I don't know, Rich.     I can't seem to get all

the files when downloading 1.4.    I tried from san
diego mirror too.   I download it OK, of course in
binary, and tried both bzip and gzip versions.    When
I open the archive I'm only seeing the development
directory.   Nothing else.

I downloaded version 1.3.7 just to make sure I could
do it.   It downloaded fine and I was able to open the
complete archive.  No probs.   

Something funny going on.
